and raised in Iowa. She creates
sculptural ceramic art inspired by
nature. Kim has an associate of arts
degree from North Iowa Area
Community College. She attended
Iowa State University pursuing her art
education degree. After a twenty year
career in retail management, she
obtained her Bachelor of Fine Art
degree from Georgia Southern
University. Pursuing a Masters of Fine
Art degree at Georgia Southern
university will complete her lifelong
dream. Kim also teaches private art
classes to youth in her hometown.
Teaching art combines Kim’s greatest
loves: art and children. She and her
husband, Richard have twin
daughters, Olivia and Alannah and
currently reside in Statesboro,
Georgia.
